Katey Fitzhugh

I lived in Florida for most of my life, where I met my husband and was blessed with our two sons and our daughter. Our family eventually wanted something new, so we moved to the Thompsons Station area and made this our home. 

Home improvement, décor and design have always interested me, and I’ve always enjoyed working with people. All of these things led me to pursue a career in Real Estate. It’s the perfect blend of all of these things. 

I am passionate about doing everything I can to find you the perfect home because I truly believe “there’s no place like home!” I am also passionate about assisting you in setting your home up for a successful sale!  

I was born in Montana and spent most of my childhood there. Later I lived in Florida where I met Katey. We eventually married and now have 3 wonderful children. We now live in Thompsons Station, TN.

Since a teenager, I worked in the construction industry, and in 2004 gained my real estate license as well. I’ve enjoyed helping hundreds of people purchase homes, land, or acreage, and I’ve helped hundreds of sellers sell their properties.

I’ve also worked short sales, REO properties, Broker Price Opinions, I own a handyman business, and have remodeled homes.

Matching people with the perfect property, or helping sellers achieve their goals, is a lot of fun. My commitment to all clients is… “You come first”. I provide expertise & great customer service. I want to be your next real estate agent.
